Pork Injection Marinade Recipe - (4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup Apple juice or cider
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp pork rub
2 tbsp corn syrup

Steps:

  • Powderize the rub using a mortar and pestile. Inject into pork butts. This will make enough to inject 1 8 lb pork butt.
