PORK CHOPS WITH CRANBERRY BALSAMIC SAUCE image

4 boneless pork chops 1" thick.
lemon pepper seasoning
2 tbsp. butter or marg.
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. dried cranberries

Steps:

  • Season the chops with lemon pepper. Cook them in a nonstick skillet over med. heat in 1 tsp. of the butter. (You may spray the pan.) for 20 min. or until they're well browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove the chops and keep warm. Add 1 tbsp. of the butter to the skillet. Add the garlic and cook until tender. Stir the broth, vinegar & cranberries into the skillet. Heat to a boil. Cook for 10 min. or until the sauce is slightly thickened.
