Pork and Black Bean Chili image

1 pounds pork
0.5 sticks butter
0.5 cups green pepper
2 units jalapeno
1 units onion
2 cans black beans
4 ounces pimentos
3 cloves garlic
0.25 cups chili powder
14 ounces tomatoes
14 ounces tomatoes
0.5 teaspoons salt
1 bunches cilantro

Steps:

  • Saute pork in butter until lightly browned; add vegetable to lightly brown. Cook about 5 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients including the undrained black beans and cover.
  • Heat until bubbling over medium high approx. 30 minutes. Top with chopped cilantro and serve. Can be served over cooked rice also.
