Steps:
- Pop the popcorn kernels and spread on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Melt the chocolate chips with a bit of butter for 45 seconds on high, stir, then microwave for 10 second intervals until melted. Using a spoon, drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn. Sprinkle on the candies, if using. Then repeat the melting process with the butterscotch chips. Drizzle on the popcorn. Put the cookie sheet in the freezer for 1 hour. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
