I pinched this straight out of a Campbell's soup ad in Good Housekeeping magazine. Why didn't I think of this? I have tried some of the other soup/rice combos, but this sounds great. Why should soup always be accompanied by either a salad or a sandwich? Photo by: SoupPlus.com

Steps:
- 1. In a medium to large saucepan, heat Campbell's soup with one can of water to boiling.
- 2. Stir in the uncooked rice.
- 3. Reduce heat to low and cover. Cook about 20 minutes until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Serve with a green vegetable and some buttered crescent rolls.
- 5. May double recipe for more than two people.
