Polish Kielbasa Cabbage Recipe image

This Polish kielbasa cabbage recipe is great for any weeknight dinner. It'll be something to look forward to after a long day.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 lb. polish kielbasa
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 head of cabbage, chopped
2 tsp. sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 T. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, heat the olive oil on a medium heat. Slice the polish kielbasa in half, lengthwise. Place it in the skillet. Add in the chopped yellow onion, chopped cabbage, sugar, minced garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Let everything simmer together. Serve with mustard and enjoy.
