Steps:
- Combine and set aside: 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. cinnamon 1 cup chopped nuts Combine in large bowl: 2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (dry) 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding (dry) 1 c. water 3/4 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Then pour 1/3 batter in pan. Cover with 1/3 of the sugar -nut mixture. Then pour rest of batter over top. Then cover with rest of sugar-nut mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
