1 lb Large Scallops
1 Cedar plank - soaked for min 2 Hrs
1 tbs Lime Juice
1 tbs Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Apple Wine or White Wine
1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning (Mrs Dash)
1 tsp Fiesta Lime Seasoning (Mrs Dash)

Steps:

  • Mix in large bowl lime juice, lemon juice, wine and spices. Add scallops and toss well Place scallops on cedar plank and put on preheated barbeque grill - 300ºF Close lid and cook for 10 - 12 min
