Steps:
- Pour whipping cream in stand mixer w whisk attachment
- Start low, increase to high until stiff peaks forms ~2 min
- Using spatula, gently fold milk, honey, salt into whipped cream. Stir gently until combined
- Pour into ice cream container.
- Drizzle top w 1T honey.
- Seal and freeze at least 6 hours
