- Preheat the oven to 220/200/Gas mark 7. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of garlic butter on half of the tortilla. Spread 1 tablespoon of passata on the same half. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mozzarella and 2 slices of cut up pepperoni on top. Roll and place onto a baking try. Repeat for the rest of the tortillas.
- Add another 2 tablespoons of garlic butter onto the rolled tortillas and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and cut up pepperoni onto the top and place back into the oven for 5 minutes.
