PIZZA DOUGH (EGGLESS) image

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 cups ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
2 teaspoons Quick-rising (instant) dry yeast
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 cups Hot Water

Steps:

  • Combine 2 1/4 cups of the flour, yeast and salt. With wooden spoon, gradually stir in water and oil to form ragged dough, using hands if necessary.
  • Turn out onto lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes, adding up to 1/4 cup more flour, 1 tbsp at a time, if necessary
