PIZZA BURGERS (from the cooks at PLHS) (from Lynda Allen 3/2015) These were served in the school lunch cafeterias all through the 1970's and 80's. It was one of those mystery meat scenarios, but man were they good.

- Brown ground beef.
- Drain and add ground Spam.
- Add seasonings, tomato sauce and paste.
- When you are ready to serve stir in cheese.
- Spread on hamburger buns.
