Steps:
- Combine 4 dashes Angostura bitters, 2/3 cup Noilly Prat Rouge vermouth, and 1 cup bourbon in an ice-filled pitcher and stir until well-chilled. Strain into 4 ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish each drink with an orange twist wrapped around a fresh cherry.
