Pioneer Woman Restaurant Style Salsa image

As seen on thepioneerwoman.com. This restaurant style salsa is DELISH and easy to make. I always keep it around the house for a healthy snack.

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cans of Original RoTel
1 28-oz can of whole tomatos
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove of garlic
1 jalepeno pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
juice of 1/2 a lime
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro (to taste)

Steps:

  • Chop garlic, jalepeno (I leave the seeds in for a little heat), onion, and cilantro. Add in a blender with all other ingredients. Pulse blender to desired texture. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Makes 12 servings.
