Steps:
- In a large pot of lightly salted boiling water cook tortellini about 12 minutes until tender but still firm, drain and keep warm. While the pasta cooks combine vodka cream and red pepper flakes in a large skillet. Bring to boiling, lower heat simmer 5 minutes until reduced to about half. Stir in marinara sauce heat until barely simmering. Toss torteilli with sauce and half of cheese on serving dish. Top with remaining cheese
