I love yellow. It is a color that makes me happy. In more ways than one.
I'll leave it at that.
Ingredients:
6 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Triple Sec
3 oz. Pineapple juice
2 Splashes of lime juice
Pineapple chunks
Ice

Steps:

  • Put the ice and the liquid ingredients in a martini shaker. Shake until cold. Place 3 pineapple chunks at the bottom of a martini glass. Pour. Garnish with a pineapple chunk on the rim.
