Pineapple - Pecan Cream Cheese Ball image

2 package s (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 large can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1-1/2 cups chopped red onion
2 cups pecans, finely chopped, reserve 1 cup
dash of pepper
2 tsp seasoning salt
Serve with Ritz and Triscuit Crackers

Steps:

  • Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1 cup of finely chopped pecans.
  • Chill.
  • Form into a ball and roll in reserved nuts.
