Pine Nut Pie image

I was once told that Pine Nuts were an aphrodisiac. You be the judge :)

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 c sugar
3/4 c dark brown sugar packed
2 extra large beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 Tbsp heavy cream
8 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3/4 c pine nuts
1 9 inch pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. Combine sugars, eggs, vanilla, flour, cream, and butter in a bowl. Whisk until well blended. Fold in pine nuts. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
