Great for taking along on a picnic, or to the beach on those hot summer days! I only made a half recipe in the pic I posted but it is easy to adjust to however many servings you need. I noticed the bigger lemons at the market I have been seeing lately give off a lot of juice, so you may only require 1/2-2/3 as many, but the juice total you measure should be the same.
