I found this recipe in a leaflet. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

2 medium avocados, peeled
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 cup chopped tomato

Steps:

  • Mash avocados with juice.
  • Combine avocado mixture, cream cheese, onions, and seasonings, mixing until well blended.
  • Stir in tomatoes.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
