This dip starts with a layer of creamy Neufchatel on the bottom of a pie plate-and gets progressively more fiesta-worthy as you add salsa and cheddar.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/2 cup TACO BELLĀ® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
reduced-fat thin wheat snack crackers

Steps:

  • Spread Neufchatel onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Top with layers of salsa, cheddar cheese and onions.
  • Serve with the crackers.
