This cream cheese spread is topped with a relish of tomato, cucumber, olives, oregano and olive oil. Serve it with crackers or toasted pita wedges.

1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped pitted black olives
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed

Steps:

  • Spread cream cheese onto serving plate.
  • Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over cream cheese.
  • Serve with assorted crackers or toasted pita bread wedges.
