You can use white mushrooms if you prefer. You can use either homemade or jarred pesto sauce.

Steps:
- 1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet. Add spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms. Saute stirring frequently for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- 2. Cut chicken into strips.
- 3. Heat another Tbsp oil in skillet. Add chicken strips and cook until chicken is done.
- 4. Add pesto to chicken and saute another 3 minutes. Set aside.
- 5. Cook penne according to package directions. Drain.
- 6. Place chicken and vegetables in a bowl. Add pesto and toss to coat, mixing chicken and veggies as you do so.
- 7. Sprinkle with feta cheese and bacon crumbles.
