Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Mix together in a separate bowl: salt, baking powder, baking soda, flour and oatmeal flour.
- Roll spoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheets with parchment paper on them.
- Bake 8-10 minutes. (Don't overbake.)
