I love cookbooks this came from one of my old ones.My cookbooks are like my children i know when one is missing also my five children and Eight grandchildren

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg hot dogs
4 medium potatoes cooked or use canned diced
2 Tbsp minced onion
1/4 c butter, softened
1 c cooked or canned peas
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Steps:

  • 1. combine hotdog slices (save some for top) with potatoes,peas ,onion & butter. Place in 2qt. casserole dish.
  • 2. Combine remaining ingrdients and toss with hot dog mixture.
  • 3. top with saved hot dogs on top .Cover tight with foil .Bake350 25-30 mins.
