Steps:
- Melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Stir in gorgonzola and cook until it melts. Add spinach and cook until it has wilted. Stir in olives and sun dried tomatoes, then the cooked penne and the cooked chicken. Stir in cream and cook over medium heat until sauce begins to bubble, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan.
