PENNE WITH ASPARAGUS AND GORGONZOLA CREAM SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1-1/2 lb asparagus trimmed and cut
2 cups crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (8oz)
3/4 cup whipping cream
12 oz. penne pasta
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Fresh grated parmasean

Steps:

  • cook asparagus in salted water for about 2 mins. or until crisp-tender. rinse and set aside. Melt cheese and cream until smooth about 4 mins Cook pasta & drain. Combine and drizzle lemon add salt pepper and parmasean.
