1 cup penne
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 to 3/4 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 to 6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon drained capers
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
One 6-ounce can pitted black olives
14 ounces artichoke hearts, canned or frozen, halved
1/2 head broccoli, cut into florets, or 2 cups frozen
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon anchovy paste, or 2 to 4 minced anchovies
