PECAN PRALINE CRUSTED SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 1/2 lbs. fresh sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 c. butter
1/2c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Coconut
Topping:
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Mix first six ingredients together in a buttered casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients together in another bowl and then spread on top of the potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
