Steps:
- 1. Blend pudding mix with corn syrup.
- 2. Gradually add evaporated milk and egg, stirring to blend.
- 3. Add pecans.
- 4. Pour into pie shell.
- 5. Bake at 375 until top is firm and just begins to crack, about 40 minutes.
- 6. Cool for at least 3 hours.
