~ Peanut Butter & Pretzel Balls ~ image

Yum! Great to add to your cookie trays...

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup(s) softened,butter
1 cup(s) peanut butter
3 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 cup(s) crushed, pretzels
2 cup(s) chocolate chips, milk chocolate is what i use
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vegetable oil

Steps:

  • In mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Beat in confectioners sugar until combined. Stir in crushed pretzels. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on a waxed paper lined sheet pan. Refrigerate until peanut butter mixture is firm, about 1 hour. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and oil. Stir to combine. Dip each ball into the chocolate, and place on waxed paper and chill. Decorate as you please.
