I made this for a recent barbecue/family reunion that we had in our back yard. It was a BIG success! Delicious!

Ingredients

1 pie crust (9") i made an oreo one
1 jar(s) peanut butter (16 oz.)
1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz.) (softened)
3/4 c honey
1 container of cool whip (8 oz.)
2 squares of semi-sweet baking chocolate
`1/2 tsp shortening

Steps:

1. Beat together the cream cheese and honey. Stir in the peanut butter; mix well. Gently fold in the Cool Whip. Spoon into the crust.
2. Heat the chocolate and shortening over low heat until melted; drizzle over the pie. Chill
