I made this for a recent barbecue/family reunion that we had in our back yard. It was a BIG success! Delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pie crust (9") i made an oreo one
1 jar(s) peanut butter (16 oz.)
1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz.) (softened)
3/4 c honey
1 container of cool whip (8 oz.)
2 squares of semi-sweet baking chocolate
`1/2 tsp shortening

Steps:

  • 1. Beat together the cream cheese and honey. Stir in the peanut butter; mix well. Gently fold in the Cool Whip. Spoon into the crust.
  • 2. Heat the chocolate and shortening over low heat until melted; drizzle over the pie. Chill

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 ounces reduced-fat cinnamon, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups reduced-fat non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® chocolate cookie crumb pie crust or graham cracker pie crust
1/2 cup chocolate-syrup

Steps:

  • 1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and powdered sugar on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add peanut butter and milk. Beat until combined. Fold in whipped topping. Spread in crust.2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set. Drizzle with ice cream topping. Store in refrigerator.*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.

1 - 6 ounce graham cracker pie crust
1 jar(s) 18 ounces creamy peanut butter
1 package(s) 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup(s) honey
1 - 8 ounce container whipped topping, thawed
2 - squares semi sweet baking chocolate
1/2 teaspoon(s) vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Beat together cream cheese and honey until well mixed. Stir in peanut butter; mix well.
  • Gently fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
  • Using a microwave, melt chocolate and vegetable oil in a glass, liquid measuring cup for 1 1/2 minutes; drizzle over pie. Chill 4 hours. Refrigerate leftovers.
