- Spread 6 crackers with peanut butter, then spread remaining crackers with jelly. Press peanut butter and jelly sides together to make 6 cracker sandwiches. Cut each sandwich in half, then cut each piece in half again to make 4 pieces.
- Toss lettuce with grapes and nuts in medium bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing just before serving; top with filled cracker pieces.
