Peanut Butter Icebox Pie image

Mrs Eloise McCain sent this recipe into our Fannin County Paper with this note - "This recipe is from Mrs Paul Keahey's collection sent in by Mrs. Allen Rowton of Greenville, Tx. She got it from Luby's Cafeteris in Dallan, Tx." With summer coming in, this is so easy to prepare and with no cooking, so you don't have to heat up the kitchen.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 package(s) 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperture
1 cup(s) creamy peanut butter, any brand
1 cup(s) powdered sugar, unsifted
1 cup(s) or 8 oz. carton of cool whip
1 - graham cracker curst

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar together in mixing bowl. Beat until creamy.
  • Fold in Cool Whip and beat until thoroughly mixed and creamy.
  • Pour into graham cracker crust.
  • Refrigerate for several hours or over night before serving.
