PEANUT BUTTER ICEBOX PIE

She got it from Luby's Cafeteris in Dallan, Tx." With summer coming in, this is so easy to prepare and with no cooking, so you don't have to heat up the kitchen.

Steps:
- Mix cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar together in mixing bowl. Beat until creamy.
- Fold in Cool Whip and beat until thoroughly mixed and creamy.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for several hours or over night before serving.
