PEANUT BUTTER BANANA TART image

Yield 8-10 servings

Number Of Ingredients 9

Crust: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c butter, melted
3 tbs granulated sugar
Filling: 1 1/2 cups milk
1 (3 oz) pkg banana cream pudding mix (not instant)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
Topping:
Sliced bananas
1/4 cup semi-sweet choc chips, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325F For crust, lightly spray pan with Pam. Combine crumbs, butter and sugar. Mix well. Press into prepared pan. Bake 6-8 min. Cool. For filling: cook pudding w/ milk by directions on pkg. remove from heat. Allow pudding to set up slightly, about 10 minutes. Stir in peanut butter (still warm) Pour into prepared crust. Chill overnight. Top with sliced bananas (dip in orange juice to prevent brown) and drizzle with melted chocolate.
