Peachy Spinach Salad image

I love spinach salad with fruit and nuts!

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 oz fresh spinach
1 fresh, ripe peach, sliced or equivalent canned or frozen
1/4 c thinly sliced red onion
1 Tbsp walnuts, chopped
2-3 Tbsp light raspberry/walnut vinaigrette

Steps:

  • 1. Place spinach in salad bowl. Add other ingredients. Toss to combine.
  • 2. Note - walnuts can be briefly roasted in a dry skillet to release some extra flavor.
