Number Of Ingredients 15

dressing:
1/2 herbs ex: basil, dill, thyme
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp finely shredded lime peel
3 TBS lime juice
3 TBS orange juice
2 cloves Garlic
1 TBS honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Salad
6 OZ pasta shells
3 medium peaches peeled and sliced
2 cups cooked lobster or crab
1 cup watercress (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine dressing ingredients Cook Pasta Combine, pasta, lobster, peaches, watercresss and dressing
