I DON'T LIKE THROWING FOOD OUT AND THE BIRDS ARE ACTUALLY GETTING TOO FAT TO FLY, SO I THOUGHT OF A DESSERT OUT OF THE LEFTOVER CORNBREAD, DELICIOUS!!!

slice cornbread leftover
1 stick butter or parkay/or whatever u like!
1 c apple butter or peach preserves
2 apples if wanted for added flavor
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c milk/lowfat or skim

Steps:

  • 1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER(WITH LEFTOVER CORNBREAD, THEN PUT IN GLASS BAKING DISH/CASSEROLE AND BAKE ON 350 DEGREES FOR 45-55 MINUTES, LESS IF BAKING IN ELECTRIC OVEN; SERVE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM, LOWFAT OR WHIPPED CREAM; BEATS THROWING OUT ANY LEFTOVER CORNBREAD FROM THE DAY BEFORE'S MEAL!! ENJOY AND WATCH YOUR CONSUMPTION, YOU'LL KEEP GOING BACK FOR MORE!!
