PEA PASTA SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb pasta, cavatappi (used some sort of trumpette, farfalle would be good)
1/4cup red onion (or 2/3cup green)
15oz miracle whip (or 50/50 mayo/miracle whip)
1 Tbs cider vinegar
1 Tbs Worcestershire
1.5 tsp sugar
salt & pepper
10 oz peas
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
6 slices bacon

Steps:

  • cook pasta al dente. drain, chill in ice to stop cooking, dry mix dressing of onion, mayo, vinegar, sugar, and worcestershire. Mix in pasta, peas, cheese, & bacon. chill and serve.
