Steps:
- 1) Cook pasta in boiling water 1 minute; drain well, and set aside. 2) Combine sour cream and next 3 ingredients; stir well, and set aside. 3) Coat a medium skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms and green onions; saute 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add pasta and sour cream mixture; cook, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Serve warm.
