Party Sausage Cheese Balls w / bbq dipping sauce image

These are great for parties, they are quick and easy to make and delicious too ! Serve w/toothpicks, warm with your favorite choice of bbq dipping sauce.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/2 pound ground italian sausage hot or mild
3 green onions diced halfway up stem
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups bisquick baking mix

Steps:

  • 1. pre-heat oven at 400 degrees Combine all ingredients in medium size bowl .. mix well. Form walnut size balls, place on lined cookie sheet bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve on toothpicks, warm , with a side dish of your favorite bbq / dipping sauce. Enjoy !!
  • 2. Note: you can easily double this recipes.
