Party Rye Cucumber Sandwiches image

There are many versions of this recipe out there. This is the version I have used for years.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 pkg good seasons italian salad dressing mix
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 - loaf party rye bread
dill weed

Steps:

  • 1. Combine dry dressing mix and cream cheese.
  • 2. Spread a think spread on each slice of party rye bread.
  • 3. Top with 1 thin slice of cucumber. Sprinkle with dill weed.
  • 4. Chill before serving to blend flavors.
