I don't remember where I got this recipe, but it's a hit even with my family members who are not particularly fond of fish.

Steps:
- Place flour and egg in separate shallow bowls
- In another shallow bowl (or zip-lock bag) combine the crackers, cheese, garlic salt and pepper.
- Dip fillets in the flour, egg, then cracker mixture.
- In large skillet, cook fillets in oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon and tartar sauce, if desired.
