Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. In a large bowl combine ketchup, water, salt, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, jelly, cayenne, pepper, and salt.
- 3. Heat a large lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4. Add ribs and sear until browned. This may have to be done in several batches.
- 5. Place ribs in a single layer in a large casserole dish.
- 6. Baste the ribs down real good and cook for 35 minutes.
