Pan-Fried Sausage Links image

Number Of Ingredients 2

1 pound pork sausage
1/3 cup water

Steps:

  • In medium to large skillet, arrange sausage links to cover bottom of pan. Add water and bring to boil over medium heat. Immediately lower heat, cover pan, and steam 5 to 10 minutes. Remove lid continue to cook until water cooks away, then cook and turn until sausage links brown on all sides. Serve hot.
