Steps:
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- In a 9" x 13" pan, combine 1/2 of the tomatoes, oil, garlic, salt, pepper and half of the basil leaves. Roast for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Gently stir.
- Place fish on top of tomatoes. Do not overlap. Place remaining tomatoes on top. Place back in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and remaining basil.
