Out of this world Brownies Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 7

3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 ounces butter (1/2 cup)
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate (finely chopped ) Michael cluizel
7 ounces bittersweet chocolate (finely chopped)
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 350 line 8 inch square pan with aluminum and spray with pan spray Melt butter,chocolates in microwave safe bowl at 50 per cent power for 2 minutes. Cool to 90 degrees. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add chocolate and then fold in flour and salt. Bake until set.
