ORIGINAL SPINACH DIP image

Number Of Ingredients 7

20oz frozen chopped spinach
16oz sour cream
8oz Mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr's Veg. soup mix
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 small onion chopped
2 loafs round pumpernickel or sourdough

Steps:

  • Defrost spinach in collander using running cold water. Drain. Combine all ingredients. Let rest in refrigerator overnight. Hollow out bread loaf and fill on day of serving.
