CHILI EGG PUFF image

Number Of Ingredients 8

10 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 pint sm. curd cottage cheese
1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
1 tbsp butter, melted
2 cans chopped green chilies (mild)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400. Beat eggs until a light lemon color. Add other ingredients and stir in chilies. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes.
